3. E-Commerce & Product Sales

All premium loose leaf teas are subject to availability. We ensure that our sources meet our internal sustainability standards. Prices are listed in AUD and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

• Shipping: We ship throughout Australia from our Melbourne base at 3 Northcote Street.
• Returns: Due to the perishable nature of tea, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is faulty or the incorrect item was delivered.

4. Intellectual Property

All content including text, images, and brand identifiers are the property of Thicket Tea & Advisory. Unauthorized use of our brand material or consulting frameworks is strictly prohibited.
